Pop-rocker Avril Lavigne has shared a short teaser clip from her music video for new single, 'Rock N Roll'.

The 18-second preview features 'Titanic' actor Billy Zane and was directed by Chris Marrs Piliero (Ke$ha, Britney Spears). It will debut in full on August 20 and the single is due to be released a week later, on August 27.

The 'Here's To Never Growing Up' hitmaker also recently uploaded the cover art for her upcoming new self-titled album and confessed that the tracks on it are more 'artistic' and honest:

"This time it's not just all songs about relationships and dudes. Lyrically I pushed myself to talk about different subjects I haven't talked about before. I didn't want to be so simple. I tried to really express myself and go deeper."

'Avril Lavigne' will drop next month on September 24.
